Aaron Klor

Aaron Klor serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of H&A Group, where he oversees the company's operations, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day execution across its real estate investment and development activities. Working closely with the company's leadership, partners, and stakeholders, Aaron helps drive operational efficiency, evaluate opportunities, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure that H&A's projects and initiatives are executed with a high level of discipline and attention to detail.

Aaron brings a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to his role, with a strong focus on building effective teams, improving processes, and cultivating long-term relationships with partners, vendors, and other stakeholders. His ability to navigate complex situations, communicate effectively, and bring people together has made him a trusted leader within the organization.

Prior to joining H&A Group, Aaron served as VP of Operations at Kando Group, where he led field services and oversaw operations across multiple offices and states. He began his career with Kando as an entry-level employee and quickly advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including Account Manager and Director of Operations. That experience shaped his practical, people-focused leadership style and gave him a deep understanding of how strong operations, relationships, and execution contribute to long-term success.

Aaron is known for his organizational and leadership abilities, collaborative approach, and commitment to getting things done. He is knowledgeable, easy to collaborate with, fair, and passionate about his work. He brings a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to his role at H&A Group.
