David was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and graduated from Riley High School where he developed a deep connection to his community from an early age. With a love for the outdoors and a strong sense of environmental responsibility, he pursued business and real estate studies at Glen Oaks College and finished his studies at Indiana University. This education, combined with his passion for construction and development led him to brokering and development, founding St. Clair Development.

David's business quickly grew, earning him a reputation for attention to detail and commitment to quality.
