Jake's extensive background, directing both in-house and third-party management teams, combined with years of streamlining receivables departments across multiple industries, provides him with a unique, 360-degree perspective on the entire property lifecycle. As a Nationally Certified Professional Mediator (NCPM), he is uniquely skilled at navigating complex negotiations and building highly collaborative, cohesive teams.
